Start with these simple steps before scheduling service. If the issue continues, send us a short description and a few photos or screenshots so we can help faster.

The lights will not turn on

Check that the outlet, GFCI, breaker, controller, and power supply are on. If a GFCI outlet has tripped, reset it once. If it trips again, leave it off and contact Firefly.

The app is not connecting

Confirm your phone has internet access, Bluetooth is enabled for setup, and your home Wi-Fi is online. Close and reopen the app, then try again near the controller.

Schedules or scenes look wrong

Review the active scene, timer, brightness, and zone settings in the app. A saved holiday scene or schedule can override the everyday warm-white look.

Only part of the system is out

Do not open tracks or handle wiring. Note which roofline or zone is affected, take a clear daytime photo and an evening photo, and share them with Firefly for diagnosis.
