Information You Provide

When you request an estimate, we collect the information you choose to submit, such as name, email, phone number, installation address or service location, project notes, desired lighting use, timing, contact preference, and optional roofline or home photos.

If you use the visualizer, you may upload a home/property image, create roofline zones, choose lighting scenes, and save a preview. If you request an estimate from a saved design, the request may include visualizer references such as the design ID, image reference, preview reference, selected scene, zone count, and related design metadata.

Attribution, Analytics, and Storage

The site stores limited attribution information in browser local storage and session storage, such as campaign parameters, referring page category, landing page path, and conversion receipt status. This helps Firefly understand how people found the site and prevents duplicate conversion counting after an accepted form submission.

The current website has an analytics integration layer, but no real Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, or Meta Pixel IDs are active unless approved IDs are later configured. Analytics events are filtered so names, emails, phone numbers, street addresses, notes, raw lead payloads, uploaded images, and real visualizer design IDs are not sent as analytics parameters.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to review and respond to estimate requests, understand project needs, prepare visualizer-supported estimate conversations, maintain spam and security safeguards, and improve the website experience.

Submitting an estimate request gives Firefly permission to contact you about that request. The current site does not create a separate promotional marketing subscription or require marketing consent to request an estimate.

Promotional email or SMS preferences, when shown, are optional and separate from transactional estimate follow-up. Firefly should connect those opt-ins to a marketing provider only after the provider, consent language, and unsubscribe process are approved.

Service Providers and Email Delivery

The website may use hosting, email delivery, browser storage, and server-side storage systems needed to operate the site and process requests. The current implementation sends estimate notifications through the configured website email path and stores canonical private lead records on the server where available.

Visualizer Images and Designs

Temporary visualizer uploads use a 24-hour temporary upload retention window. Saved visualizer designs and canonical private lead records are retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and subject to operational, security, and legal requirements.

Security

Firefly uses reasonable safeguards for submitted forms and visualizer storage, including server-side validation, private storage paths where supported, restricted fallback directories, and analytics filtering. No website can guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for homeowners and adults requesting exterior lighting information. It is not directed to children.
